The VFA Second Round Finals consist of three games to determine final places in the Second Round. 3rd Place Group A vs 3rd Place Group B, 2nd Place Group A vs 2nd Place Group B and 1st Place Group A vs 1st Place Group B.
If the winner of the Second Round is the same as the winner of the Regular Season they will be names 2010 VFA Champions after Wednesday's game. If the winner of the Second Round is not the same as the winner of the Regular Season, a Champion of Champion's Final will be played on Thursday to determine the 2010 VFA Champions. The VFA Champions will receive the coveted Gilbert-Hammond Cup. The 2010 Champions will hold the Cup for one year and transfer it to the 2011 VFA Champions after the final game next summer.
